How it works

Free in-home consultation
Dennis walks your yard with you, listens to how you want to use it, and takes measurements.
Design and pre-construction
When you’re ready to move forward, we create your full 3D design, day and night, along with the architectural drawings. You see the entire project and get a clear written price before you sign a construction contract. Financing options can be included.
Permits and build
Your architectural drawings go to your city or county for permitting. We pull the permits and schedule inspections, then our crew builds it.
Walkthrough and warranty
We walk the finished project with you. Our workmanship is covered for one year, on top of manufacturer warranties.

Common questions

How much does a composite deck cost?

Our decks start at $45 per square foot installed. Height, stairs, railings, the decking line you choose and site prep all affect the final price. We give you an exact written number after the consultation.

What warranty comes with the decking?

TimberTech backs its composite decking with 25- to 30-year fade and stain warranties. Its Advanced PVC decking carries a limited lifetime product warranty with 35- or 50-year fade and stain coverage, depending on the collection. On top of that, our own workmanship is covered for one year.

Does composite get hot in the sun?

All decking warms up in direct Florida sun, and darker colors run warmer. We bring samples so you can compare colors, and shade from a pergola makes a big difference.

Can you replace just the boards on my old deck?

Sometimes. If the frame underneath is sound, we can resurface it with new composite boards. If it isn't, we'll tell you and quote a rebuild.
